My experience with the Hobbysew team was excellent. After the machine I ordered wasn't in stock, they contacted me and talked through my options and gave me a slightly better machine at the same price which was a real blessing. My wife is delighted with her birthday present and I definitely recommend Hobbysew. Thanks to Donna especially.
